You used to be strong. You used to move, play, adventure, and recover without issue. But then came the injury, the family, the career.
Now, you never have time for yourself and your body. You gained weight, lost mobility, and the adventure of life came to a halt.
At some point we all hear that voice that says “this is my new reality.” But I’m here to tell you, from personal experience, that it doesn’t have to be.
Right now, you have a choice, you can accept this fate – or you can find your Wild Flow.
This is not a workout program. This is not a set of strict routines you must follow. It’s not about adding to your already busy schedule. WildFlow is about removing the modern-day blockages that have slowly found their way into your life. Simple and sustainable.
Nature is not separate from you. You are a part of it. But our world has become increasingly more complex and disconnected from nature. Nature is non-linear and in constant movement, yet we think, move, and live linearly.
The WildFlow Method helps you achieve “active longevity.” Its fundamentals are derived from a desire to be healthier and stronger for longer. To reduce injury, maintain desired weight and body fat, and become agile, fast and accurate with movement.

“You’re in your 50’s!” What’s your secret?”
I never set out to create a program or write a book about this stuff, but once enough people asked me what I was doing to stay in such good shape, I was convinced to put it all together into a practical and repeatable framework and philosophy – Wildflow.
I’m an entrepreneur, architect, adventurer, explorer, and a father to 3 kids. I’ve always had a deep connection with nature. My calling is “being out there.” Hiking, diving, climbing, white water paddling, mountain biking trips with the kids, playing, exploring and traveling.
But my body was getting in the way. After gaining weight and losing a bit of strength and mobility, I tore my left meniscus in my 40’s. Fast forward through 2 knee surgeries and a lot of time away from my adventure, I hit a low.
It wasn’t until I saw a poster on the wall of my doctor’s office after my 2nd surgery…
I wanted to get back out there. During rehab, I started researching and studying martial arts – how to eat, how to train, how to gain mobility – I slowly started creating little rituals for myself.
Next, I set a goal to climb the Third highest peak in North America and then follow the glacier melt water paddling on wild rivers for hundreds of kilometers all the way to the Sea; and filmed it!
I used my growing set of tools to prepare my body. Every time I hit a roadblock, I would turn to new and different philosophies and practices until I found what worked. Yoga, animal locomotion, martial arts, meditation, freediving, and more.
I lost body fat, gained strength and mobility, and found a sustainable way to build and maintain this body for the rest of my life.
Yes, for the rest of my life.
It’s taken over 5 years to develop a system that has transformed my body into a powerful vehicle – not an obstacle – that lets me enjoy the adventure of my life.

What if you could build a body that’s more agile and functional then someone 20 years younger. What if you didn’t need years of brute force training, heavy weight lifting, tons of cardio, and a strict diet? It may sound impossible, but most good things in life are simple.
Build a functional, useful, and creative body. Look and feel better than you did 20 years ago. Stop letting your body get in the way of living our adventure. WildFlow is a simple philosophy that you can embody for the rest of your life.
Enjoy the big things, like living longer and avoiding a health scare; as well as the little things, like sitting cross-legged on the ground, like when you were a kid.
